IM’s objective is to transform and operate all the BPO/Payroll and Time related processes at a World
Class level when it comes to accuracy, timeliness, efficiency and delivery satisfaction. We are looking for
talented and motivated individuals to help with that transformation. As a Project Manager you will join the
Global Payroll Process Centre of Excellence (GPPCOE) on payroll and time tracking implementation
projects throughout the globe. The GPPCOE Team is located remotely in multiple regions and countries
throughout the globe. In the Project Manager role you would work on the implementation of payroll
applications and BPO either globally or locally within a specified region (NA, EMEA, MENAT, LATAM or
APAC) and be responsible for the delivery of operationally excellent projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drives timely completion of Project Management deliverables and sets the tone for overall quality
of the project
● Drives the creation of a detailed work plan that identifies the sequence and dependencies of
Project activities
● Monitors project task execution to ensure timely completion of the deliverables
● Manages issues and risk tracking and collaborates to define mitigations or closure of issues and
risks
● Controls scope, quality, budget and regularly communicates the progress of the project to
all stakeholders
● Leads the project team to a successful handoff to operations and ensures project objectives are
achieved.
● Completes an evaluation to highlight lessons learned
● Supports MOC (Management of Change) Lead to ensure changes are communicated
effectively within respective country
● Coordinates testing plan development in partnership with the Global Testing Lead
● Identifies and addresses resource issues
● Ensures proper communication within the Project Team and Stakeholders
● Ensures sign off process for each of the project phases
Qualifications:
3+years of experience managing payroll systems implementation preferably in a global organization
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g PMI, Prince2)
Knowledge Payroll and Time Tracking systems
Knowledge of Project management software (e.g. Smartsheet, Monday.com)
Knowledge of WorkDay and Alight Worklife considered a plus
BA or Master degree
Critical Thinking: Be able to assess complex issues, identify root causes, and develop innovative
solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively and build relationships with
various teams, departments, and stakeholders. Demonstrate a “can do” attitude.
Self-Motivated: Take initiative, manage projects independently, and identify opportunities for
improvement, driving the continuous enhancement of the payroll and absence processes.
Remote worker: requirements include a reliable internet connection, self-discipline, effective communication skills, time management, proficiency with digital collaboration tools, and conducive work environment, Fixed term position (2 years)
