This role performs all DMS Imaging Center Coordinator is in a Climate Control Environment. You will work closely with Manger of the department. This positon require someone who, has previous of leading a team of 30 or more and making this role is vital in working each phase of the imaging production process from the first phase through the last phase. We are looking for someone who is “Flexible” to work the difference shifts, based on the client’s needs.
About the Imaging Center Coordiator role
1st shift:4:45 am - 1:15pm
2nd shift 1:30pm -10:00pm
3rd shift 8:00pm -4:30am

Perform inbounding and pre prep functions.
Scheduling and job setup with staging.
Perform Sort, Prep, Scan, QC, Indexing, Packaging and Release functions.
Troubleshoot scanner or batch class issues.
Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.
Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager.
Familiarity with imaging and other related technology.
Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and process.
Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.
Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.
Minimum business expertise required.

Local travel (Depending on District): 1%
Education/Experience: High school/ 1 to 2 years
