We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Price Desk Manager. In this position you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that our pricing structures align with business objectives. You will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize pricing models to enhance overall business performance.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align pricing with sales goals and financial targets.

  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies to identify potential market advantages or risks.

  • Provide insights on competitive pricing dynamics to support strategic decision-making

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer needs and market demands.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure that pricing aligns with product features and value propositions.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to gather and interpret relevant pricing data.

  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Assist in pricing negotiations with key clients and vendors.

  • Provide guidance to the Sales team on pricing negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in pricing analysis and strategy development

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

  • Experience with pricing software and tools is preferred.

  • Business professional English (both written and verbal).
