We have created a brand new role for a Product Marketing Manager, EMEA to support the growth of Global Digital Services Unit, with a particular emphasis on our Content Services Platform (InSight). Importance will be placed on driving compelling content in support of sales plays, client facing materials, and sales enablement materials.
You’ll be responsible for producing product marketing materials for a variety of mediums and also work to create internal enablement materials to educate our internal Iron Mountain teams on the value and the story of our products.

What you will do
Work with the portfolio marketing managers to develop value-led, informative content in order to educate internal and external customers on specific use cases and sales plays aligned to the Content Service Platform (CSP).
Develop an in-depth understanding of CSP industry trends, and competition to better understand the value of our products and services and anticipate customer needs.
Support internal teams by producing internal enablement documents including product overviews, sales presentations, etc. to assist in enhancing product knowledge across the company.
Support an emerging growth area for Iron Mountain – placing greater emphasis on business transformation, unlocking value and helping enterprise accounts transform to a senior IT buyer persona.
Engage in an active feedback loop with the global marketing leadership team, portfolio marketing managers, product managers, and the Global Marketing Team as a whole.
What you will bring
Previous experience working in a B2B product marketing function with a background in Content Services Platforms or other enterprise software solutions.
A mixture of both marketing and technical/UX writing experience.
Exposure driving content relating to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and advantage.
Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively to achieve cross-team objectives.
An ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
Prior experience working on sales enablement, and content creation projects – knowledge of how to lead x-matrix teams to amplify primary messaging across multiple channels (social, web, sales, global marketing leaders, etc.
Know how to communicate emphatically in written/visual format to compel people to take action.
Have an eye and sensibility for great visual content that is easy to consume
Excellent copywriting skills
