We are hiring a seasoned Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions for our clients. The role involves working with technical architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement systems such as Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and secure data capture platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, a track record of leading complex integrations, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Your role in our mission

  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions: Develop detailed technical design documents by interpreting business and functional requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.

  • Project Coordination and Planning: Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Architects to define timelines, estimate level of effort (LOE), manage scope, and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Technical Teams: Direct configuration engineers and developers across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical and business standards.

  • Drive Agile Execution: Oversee Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and coordinate sprint planning to maintain momentum and meet release deadlines.Quality Assurance Oversight: Act as the QA lead to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested, validated, and meet security, performance, and usability standards before deployment.

  • Support Solution Engineering and Presales: Create reusable technical models and reference architectures based on past implementations to support solution design during presales efforts.

Valued skills and experience

  • Numerous years in roles involving solution implementation, systems integration, or enterprise platform delivery with both legacy and modern technologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent industry experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines; strong understanding of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, firewalls, and security protocols.

  • Proven experience delivering projects involving ECM, RPA (e.g., UIPath, AutoIT), scanning platforms (e.g., Kofax), and intelligent automation tools.

  • Strong SDLC and Agile Knowledge methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall, and RUP, with the ability to manage hybrid environments when needed.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, present complex solutions to business stakeholders, and communicate effectively across global teams and time zones.
