Duties

1, Service Scope Identification / Definition

to break down regular / ad-hoc processes from each operation stream and centralize to be a new common process delivery model

to analyze the daily/weekly/monthly task volumes with commercial/solution/operation teams to align as “one number” deliver

to track the existing and new process status during the “transition” and “parallel run” stages, show the gap/risk internally

to draft/write SOP and process map as a knowledge database to be managed for operation requirement, and always keep to be confirmed / checked with the client to ensure all process knowledge to be updated

2, Operation Planning

based on the work volume input and forecast from client, plan / schedule the required workforce on duty, and also have to manage BCP planning during the normal or peak service season

to break down / deep dive the daily / weekly operation productivity and outcome result by individual / team level, set up a reasonable “KPI” goal as a critical indicator to be tracked for operation needs and client expectation

team member skill assessment, to ensure all allocated resources are kept as the same level process knowledge understanding, and to be trained and improved by Role & Responsibility requirements

3, Performance Tracking

to design different report/dashboard content based on different purpose

to support commercial/finance always have correct numbers, and ensure the commercial data to be always aligned between “Forecast” and “Actuals”

Cost Saving mindset to ensure all operation data is positive based on annual financial targets

4, People Management

good team player and leadership sample to ensure a stabilized team structure, and low attrition rate

monthly/quarterly/yearly individual performance evaluation, to set up a KPI scheme for everyone, track, analyze, improve by aligned KPI score

career path development, based on R&R requirement, always find/develop the good performer as HIPO to create a core team pool internally

5, Client Relationship

build up good relationship with our client, and keep a high client satisfaction as a critical indicator

good communication skill, and positive attitude to approach with the client for daily operation requirement

problem solving and reduce potential escalation of complaint from client

root cause analysis skill to ensure all issues to be resolved properly, and implement the prevent action to avoid similar issue happen again
