Job Title: National Business Development Manager - Global Industries

Location: Mumbai, India

Education: Master’s/PG in Marketing or relevant field preferred

Experience: 7-10 years, preferably in selling services

Job Objective:

As National Business Development Manager, you will drive new sales and revenue growth from existing accounts within the assigned vertical. This role involves selling products, services, and solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing strategic account plans to expand Iron Mountain's footprint and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Assess customer needs, recommend Iron Mountain solutions, and build strategic plans by understanding clients’ business models.

  • Relationship Building: Engage in strategic conversations to understand customer objectives, expand relationships, and grow product usage across accounts.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline to meet and exceed quotas, track activity in SFDC, respond to RFPs, and conduct competitive analysis.

  • Industry Engagement: Represent Iron Mountain at trade shows and stay current on industry trends to enhance brand awareness.

  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Iron Mountain’s objectives in pricing, profitability, and SLA.

  • Collaboration: Partner with other Iron Mountain departments to address customer needs and negotiate pricing and SLAs.

Required Skillset:

  • Proven experience in strategic account management and solution selling, with strong negotiation and sales skills.

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to develop senior-level relationships and present to executives within client organizations.

  • In-depth knowledge of complex sales processes and vertical market challenges.

  • Proficient in communication, relationship management, and strategic questioning techniques.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
