About the role:

This position provides valuable support to the Sales Leadership team by managing reporting, analytics, performance assessments, dashboards, and commissions, along with other routine and ad hoc reports and projects. It serves as a secondary resource to interface with various assigned sales segments and product lines. The role requires collaboration with sales leadership, managers, and sales reps to enhance sales effectiveness, productivity, and process compliance within those regions by consulting with the sales force and implementing best practices in sales and operational processes.

YOU'LL GET TO…

  • Prepare and review attainment trends for assigned global teams, discussing results with segment/regional sales management.

  • Share joint responsibility with Sales Ops Business Partners and Sales Segment Management for meeting process standards and SLAs.

  • Assist the Sales Leadership team with sales initiatives, KPI tracking, and performance management programs.

  • Notify reps of non-compliance to ensure CRM accuracy.

  • Regularly attend segment/regional sales management meetings to provide updates on Sales Operations initiatives and developments.

  • Use centralized resources within Sales Operations to provide answers and solutions for the assigned sales segment/region.

  • Enable the sales force to fully understand dashboards, reports, compensation mechanics, and initiatives.

  • Ensure availability of relevant bookings, pipeline, and forecast reports and dashboards to sales.

  • Create and maintain documentation of Sales Operations processes and procedures.

  • Provide reporting, analytics, and business intelligence to support strategic and tactical initiatives.

  • Support the effective use of Salesforce.com and associated sales technology (e.g., Clari, People.ai) to improve sales force productivity and compliance.

  • Perform a variety of standard and ad hoc reporting tasks.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

  • Previous experience in Sales Ops (forecasting, planning, sales systems, reporting, compensation, and quota management, experience with Salesforce).

  • Results-oriented with problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, project management, and time management abilities.

  • Desire to take initiative and lead in the absence of authority.

  • Ability to build productive and enduring relationships.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes continuously.

  • Highly analytical, motivated, and a self-starter.

  • Ability to manage change and balance shifting priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and seek help from appropriate subject matter experts.

  • 5 years of progressive Sales Ops (or similar) experience with a large multinational organization.

  • Ability to understand complex business problems and find appropriate solutions.

  • Attention to detail and drive to deliver consistently high-quality outputs.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong written, verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in the Google Suite (including Google Data Studio), Salesforce.com, Tableau, and BI/Data warehouses.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
