Iron Mountain Business Development Representative, Secure Shredding in Newark, California
Base salary $55K - $60K plus uncapped commission.
First-year compensation with commission conservatively $80K - $100K

Cold calling, presenting and closing to companies within your territory
Prospecting for clients within companies up to 5000 employees
Partnering with Iron Mountain employees for referrals, leads and opportunities

What we provide for you:
Guaranteed base pay of $53K - $58K
Uncapped commissions and 3 months of guaranteed ramp up pay of $2500

What we are looking for?
Proven success in exceeding goals
Ability to assess and identify customers current and potential Shredding needs
Experience in handling an entire sales process from prospecting to closing of deal
Consultative and persuasive decision making
Fire and passion with a strong work ethic
“Hunter” sales focus
1-2 Direct Sales Experience including cold calling, presentation skills and proven performance in closing deals
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Ability to travel 5%
