Job Description

This is an entry level position Warehouse Data Tech Position is potential for successful candidates to advance. Training will be provided. Passion, good communication, teamwork and someone who is attention to detail in a high volume environment are essential.

About Warehouse Data Tech:

1st shift 8:00am- 5:00pm M-F

Essential Functions

  • Inspect media provided by customer (CD/DVD’s, tapes, hard drives, documentation and other media) to ensure labeling and quantities match those provided on documentation. Follow up with customer as required to correct discrepancies.

  • Log media in system and stores media in vault.

  • Review files submitted electronically by customers to ensure labeling and quantities match those provided on documentation. Follow up with customer as required to correct discrepancies. Log submission of files in system.

  • Inventory and audit of media submitted by customers.

  • Use system for handling and tracking media.

  • Support other departments as required with shipping media, material or other items and support customer audits of material at facility.

  • Interact directly with customers as needed.

  • Operate electrical lift.

  • Observe safety procedures and report any safety issues.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook

  • Good written language skills

  • Ability to learn new computer applications

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high volume environment

  • 2 years past work experience in a service industry and/or a team focused environment preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain attention to detail while doing repetitive work

  • Ability to adhere to and enforce all security procedures

Physical Requirements:

Ability to Lift up to 30lbs
