We're enthusiastically in search of an Customer Success Manager who will take ownership of relationships with a select group of high-revenue, high-complexity Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) customers, both local and global. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistent revenue delivery, customer satisfaction, and to identify and position new ALM solutions for growth.

What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with Iron Mountain Business Development Executives and internal partners to manage customer accounts effectively.

  • Implement and track ALM Program progress at individual sites, ensuring customer success.

  • Represent Iron Mountain's value proposition and educate customers on relevant business solutions.

  • Meet financial quotas by identifying new opportunities, executing upsells, and managing renewals.

  • Proactively address customer needs and uncover new revenue-generating opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned ALM Program accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Provide high-level support to ensure customer satisfaction, positioning relationships for growth and retention.

What you will bring

  • Be university educated to degree level in a business or related discipline

  • demonstrated experience in program management, including planning, execution, monitoring and the ability to oversee and coordinate complex projects.

  • an ability to build and develop successful long-term relationships: Demonstrate the capacity to cultivate enduring relationships with customers, ALM partners, and internal teams and departments within Iron Mountain.

  • strategic Sales and Account Management Experience with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • experience in working within a multicultural environment

  • a track record of effectively solving problems and addressing challenges in a professional setting.

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • an ability to articulate and convey a compelling vision to stakeholders.

  • leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
