Important Note:

Job Summary:

The candidate must have good industry experience in software development using programming languages such as C#, SQL, Vb.net,ASP.Net, ADO.Net. Ability to understand the customer requirements and deliver workable solutions using the right tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of projects on time and within budget.

  • Based on the Business requirements, deliver solutions using the standard tools such as Kofax for document capture, Globalscape for File delivery and Hyland Onbase / M-files for digital image hosting.

  • Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers to translate the requirements into workable applications.

  • End to End product testing should be carried out as part of the software development to ensure there are no bugs before releasing it to the QA.

  • Provide sufficient documentation based on the solution development to ensure the design/build informations are available for future enhancements.

  • Exceed expectations while delivering the solution which uses Agile/SDLC methodology.

  • Being independent on learning new technologies/methodologies to value add the development and the team.

  • Being proactive in all aspects to ensure the projects are delivered on time.

  • Lead/Participate in the scrum team when required to deliver projects.

  • Knowledge Sharing and training the peers on technologies, projects when required.

  • Adhering to global standards and methodologies which are critical to the project delivery and the customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: 7 to 15 years

Programming (9/10): C#, VB.Net,ASP.Net, ADO.Net, Javascript, API/Web Services, SQL, Crystal Reports, Power BI, MVC, Angular, etc.,

  • Strong experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

  • Excellent internal/external written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a complex environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure when required

  • Ability to Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to have:

Exposure in Kofax, Onbase, M-Files, Sharepoint, Filenet, Captiva, Alfresco etc.,

Infrastructure: Networking, Server-Less Computing, Cloud computing, architecture design and modeling

Cloud Technologies: GCP/AWS/AZURE Dev-Ops, Web App developments, Containers, Kubernetes exposure.
