Position Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing operations, facilities management, risk management, and integration of new business units at a designated location. Ensures optimal resource allocation, service quality, and compliance with company standards across service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee location operations to meet performance targets, ensure resource allocation, and maintain service quality.

  • Facilities Management: Ensure facilities support business growth and comply with company standards. Oversee customer audits and maintenance.

  • Risk Management: Manage Occupational Health & Safety and risk exposure in the business.

  • Business Integration: Ensure efficient integration of newly acquired businesses, including adoption of company SOPs and systems.

  • Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a geographically dispersed team. Set performance benchmarks and conduct regular reviews.

  • Customer Care: Ensure customer service teams resolve issues promptly and effectively.

  • Cost Control: Manage labor, control facility costs, and optimize resources.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify best practices and implement improvements across the operation.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience in operations and warehouse management.

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.

  • Experience managing costs and budgets.

  • Strong analytical, IT fluency, and system proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Knowledge of ReQuest/O’Neil systems (preferred).
