IronMountain(IRM)isseekingaSolutionExecutive(SE)toprovidecustomer-facingRIMexpertiseforIRM’senterpriseaccounts.ResponsibleforachievingindividualsalesquotasellingIRMCoreStorageServices.TheSEisacriticalmemberoftheGROCoreStorage Servicesteamasthe“go-to”CoreStorageServices subject matter expertwithinthecommercialorganisation.

ResponsibleforteamingwithBusinessDevelopmentExecutives,ManagingDirectors,andallCustomerSupportingrolestodelivertheIronMountainStoragesolutionstosenior-levelbusinessstakeholders.

Keyresponsibilitiesincludestrategicaccountplanning,discoveryandqualificationsupport,dealmodellingandpricingandcustomerfacingsellingactivitiesincludingclosingsupport.ThisincludespartneringwiththeCOREStorageand

ServicesteaminGTMmessagingandplanning.

Thisrolerequiresapassionforproblem-solvingandknowledgeaboutsellingtheMountainwithafocusasasubjectmatterexpertforstorageandservices.Withinthecustomerorganisation,theSEwillberesponsibleforinterfacing

withcustomer-facingteammemberstodeliverIronMountainsCOREsolutions tosenior-levelbusinessstakeholders.

The Responsibilities

  • Responsibleforpipelinedevelopmentandbookingswithintherespectiveregion.

  • EffectiveinternalteamingwithIronMountainsalesteamstosupportend-to-enddeal life cycleactivities,includingpipelinecreationandaccountplanning,solutiondesigninitiation,andmaximiingIRMvalueproposition

  • Proactivelyassessescustomer’scurrentandpotentialneedstoeffectivelyposition,expand/ up sellopportunitiesandnewsalesplaysforCOREofferings

  • Developsandimplementsstrategiesandbusinessplansthroughunderstandingthecustomer’sbusinessmodelandunderstandingthecustomer'suniquevaluepropositioninthemarketplace

  • Partnerwithsellerstoensuretheopportunityprofitabilitythroughleadingnegotiationprocessandensuringanacceptableon-timeoutcomefromapricing,profitability,liability,operational,andSLAperspectiveforaccountsto meetandexceedquotaattainment.ThisisfacilitatedinconjunctionwiththeCOREProductteam,CPO,LegalandmarketVPs’/Directorswhenneeded

  • PartneringwiththesalesteamandtheCOREProductteamtobetterassesscustomerbusinessproblemsandopportunitiesandhighlightIRM’sareasofstrengthandcompetitiveadvantagestopositiontheofferingstosolvetheseproblems

  • Responsibleformaximisingdealprofitabilitythroughleadingnegotiationprocessandensuringanacceptableon-timeoutcome

  • SuccessfulexperienceinworkingwithcustomerstoinfluenceRFPdevelopmentsothesolutionofferingisbestpositionedtowin.TheSEwillalsohavestrongproposalwritingexperienceandbeabletoleadaproposalresponseteamwhenneeded

  • Activelyparticipateinmarketingcampaigninitiativesindemandandfieldprogramexecution

  • ActivitywithinindustryassociationsinthemarkettoincreaseIRMawareness,throughattendingconferences,penningwhitepapersandkeepingcurrentwithinmarkettrends

  • Continualeducationtostayinformedonlatestbestpracticesanddevelopmentinenterprise-leveltransformationsolutions

  • EffectiveinternalteamingwithIronMountainleadershipteams,ManagingDirectors,BusinessDevelopmentExecutivesandallassociatedinternalteamsacrossbusinessthatsupportthedeliveryoftheCoreStorageandServicessolutions

  • Experiencedmeetingorexceeding multi million-dollarquotagoals

  • Minimumof5yearsofdirectsalesexperienceinlarge,complexservicesbasedorganisations

  • Musthavetheprovenabilitytotranslatethecustomerneed(s)intosolutionrequirementsthroughcreatingpowerfulvaluepropositions

  • Passionforproblem-solvinganddata-drivenanalysistodrivecustomeroutcomes

  • Havetheabilitytoinfluenceandnegotiatethroughprovensalesskills

  • Mustexhibitexcellentwritten,oralandpresentationskillsandin-depthunderstandingofstrategicsellingmethodologies

  • Customer-firstandgrowth-focusedmindset-alwayslookingforwaystohelpclientsreachtheirtransformationalobjectives
