ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…
Crozier Fines Arts, an Iron Mountain Company, is looking for a Risk Analyst with exceptional analytical, communication and collaboration skills to join its dynamic and growing team. The Risk Analyst will work within the Center of Excellence team and will support the Crozier Fine Arts business operations worldwide.
The Risk Analyst is responsible for managing and triaging incidents including but not limited to: service, damaged materials, facility, transportation, safety and certain security incidents. The Analyst will interact with key stakeholders across the organization and our internal customers. This position will maintain and provide leadership with actionable reporting on safety, risk and security compliance. In addition, the analyst will collaborate with leadership on remediation and negotiation of risk incidents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
Support optimization initiatives and projects that are focused on driving process improvements and risk reduction; e.g. implementing engineering controls, standardized safe workplace practices, education and training, and periodic reviews of system performance.
Assist field leadership with compliance requirements and industry best practices for Safety, Risk, Security and Business Continuity for existing locations and acquisitions. Report and maintain required certifications, including OSHA reporting
Manage and triage incidents and assign based on severity of each incident.
Identify and utilize proper communication channels to ensure timely updates to various levels of the organization.
Collecting information about the incident and working closely with the team to capture appropriate data to complete root-cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve existing processes and defect elimination.
Partner with other areas of Operations Support to manage customer communications, training gaps, real-time updates and quick-hit process improvement opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams across the Enterprise Iron Mountain (Legal, IT, the Sales/AM organization, Contracts, etc.) to drive incidents to closure.
Work with corporate teams to provide appropriate guidance and sustainable processes.
Establish and manage Claims Management, end-to-end process, to improve consistency of approach and client satisfaction. Reduce timeline from incident report to resolution.
Design and deliver Monthly Management Reporting and KPIs to understand trends, financial impacts, training, and documentation needs
Devise innovative strategies to reduce and mitigate risk incidents that will positively impact the business and preserve integrity. Implement After Action Reviews and incorporate learning into Incident Management Lifecycle.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…
Exceptional process design skills and strong understanding of risks associated with damage to assets, injury, illness, and other incidents
Highly collaborative, the ability to team with stakeholders to influence the collection of information required to obtain compliance
Practical organizational skills to manage effective communication and efficient incident resolution
Attention to detail, particularly related to analytics and adherence to contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements and company policy
Proficient in Google Suite preferred
Knowledge of logistics, including current packing, handling, storage, and transportation methods and materials/equipment and missing and damaged assets
Experience with Risk and Controls Assessments (R&CA) and incident management
