The Transformation Lead within the ALM business plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and fostering innovation. The role is instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive transformation strategy, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a forward-thinking transformation strategy aligned with Iron Mountain's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing ALM services
Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
Project Management: Oversee various transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with predefined objectives
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to gain insights, build consensus, and secure support for transformation efforts
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to transformation initiatives and devise effective mitigation strategies to overcome challenges
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation projects. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in supporting the ALM transformation process
Compliance and Governance: Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal governance standards
Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability throughout the ALM organization
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
3-5 years experience in process & project management
Proven experience in leading and managing business transformation initiatives, preferably within the ITAD or related industry
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of change management principles and practices
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions
Experience in talent development and team leadership.
Knowledge of ITAD industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
