The Transformation Lead within the ALM business plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and fostering innovation. The role is instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive transformation strategy, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a forward-thinking transformation strategy aligned with Iron Mountain's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing ALM services

  • Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels

  • Project Management: Oversee various transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with predefined objectives

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams, to gain insights, build consensus, and secure support for transformation efforts

  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to transformation initiatives and devise effective mitigation strategies to overcome challenges

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation projects. Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise in supporting the ALM transformation process

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal governance standards

  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability throughout the ALM organization

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred

  • 3-5 years experience in process & project management

  • Proven experience in leading and managing business transformation initiatives, preferably within the ITAD or related industry

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Solid understanding of change management principles and practices

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions

  • Experience in talent development and team leadership.

  • Knowledge of ITAD industry regulations and best practices is a plus.

  • Travel: 10-15%
