Responsibilities

Business Analyst, Field Operations

Job Summary: This person will be responsible for function support for Iron Mountain businesses across the enterprise; act as a functional expert for systems support by tracking trends, metrics, delivering insights, business performance, and actionable insights to senior management, customer facing teams, and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities: What are the main responsibilities of the job:

  1. Strong analytical skills needed to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis for reporting packages

  2. Assemble, and validate the accuracy of data gathered from various databases to prepare weekly/monthly, quarterly reporting standards. Specifications for high-level management reporting requirements

  3. Collaborate with internal resources to establish and execute on our strategy of leveraging customer and company data to quickly identify trends and opportunities within large global customer segment. Providing first level support.

  4. Must exhibit a willingness for driving and delivering results by providing valuable service quality performance analysis and reporting on a timely basis to help facilitate decision making

  5. Ability to analyze financial data, reconcile variances and develop qualitative explanations to concisely summarize the results of the data analysis

  6. Intuitive thinker who promotes communication, fosters teamwork across the cross functional groups to include senior management and customer facing teams, and achieves consensus; excellent interpersonal skills

  7. Quick learner and problem solver who can deliver innovative ideas and approaches when faced with new issues or challenges
