The Service Delivery Technician provides physical support of data centre equipment in a critical environment. This role has a high level of engagement with our customers, employees, and vendors at all levels and will perform requested

installations and troubleshoot tasks.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Monitoring various ticketing queues and follow-up of tickets;

  • Construction, labelling and recording of cabling and cross connects;

  • Troubleshooting of cabling issues; Supervising customer implementations and deliverables;

  • Handle remote hands customer requests;

  • Perform basic technical work (electrical, mechanical, civil);

  • Receiving and registration of incoming goods;

  • Monitoring of the Building Management System;

  • Coordinate and issue work permits;

  • Handling 1st line support of facility installations;

  • Making visual inspection rounds and follow-up on findings;

  • Supervise supplier activities;

Your role in our mission:

  • Experience in a data centre environment within a similar role

  • Affinity with technology and the Internet;

  • Knowledge in the field of IT infrastructure and cabling standards;

  • Knowledge of IT equipment (servers / switches / firewalls / etc.);

  • Knowledge of Networking and TCP / IP;

  • Knowledge of Server Operating Systems (Windows / Linux) is a plus;

  • Familiarity with work processes and standards ISO and BS standards is a plus;

  • Undergo high level security clearance (SC)

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

  • Numerous years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services.

  • Passion for winning technical aspects of deals and ensuring long-term customer success.

  • Understanding of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts with the ability to articulate to non-technical clients.

  • Knowledge of deployment architecture, including cloud and on-premises solutions.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build presentations and facilitate customer discussions.

  • Familiarity with major cloud Infrastructure providers such as AWS and GCP.

  • Knowledge of Low-Code platforms, IDP, and software development tools (e.g., Java and Python) is a plus.

  • Ability to respond to technical, functional, and non-functional requirements in RFPs.

  • Proven success guiding customers through the entire lifecycle of complex software deals.

  • Background in partnering with product management, engineering, and project services teams.

  • Proven track record in building custom demos and POCs independently or leading a team.

  • Creative thinking and a willingness to explore new disciplines, concepts, and technologies.
