Especialista Funcional Oracle Cloud – A2C
Estamos buscando um(a) profissional sênior para atuar no suporte e operação dos módulos de contas a receber e cobrança do Oracle ERP Cloud. Você fará parte de um time global, garantindo a entrega de serviços com excelência, conformidade SOX e aderência aos padrões ITIL.
Responsabilidades:
Atuar nos módulos: Contas a Receber (Receivables), Clientes, Faturamento e Pagamentos, Cobrança
Resolver chamados dentro dos prazos estabelecidos (SLA), em parceria com fornecedores e equipes internas
Apoiar usuários durante o fechamento contábil mensal em regiões como LATAM, EUA e APAC
Realizar testes de regressão nas atualizações trimestrais do ambiente Oracle SaaS
Garantir conformidade com requisitos SOX e manter documentação alinhada ao ITIL
Conduzir operações de suporte com foco em qualidade, comunicação e melhoria contínua
Implementar boas práticas usando ferramentas como ServiceNow e GitLab
Interagir com equipes de engenharia da Oracle e outras áreas de entrega para garantir integrações eficazes
Requisitos Técnicos:
Experiência funcional em Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivíveis, Clientes, Cobrança e Faturamento
Conhecimento em captura de documentos fiscais e integração com Syncro ou EDICOM
Entendimento da tributação brasileira aplicada a faturamento e contas a receber
Vivência com localizações Oracle para o Brasil (LACLS) e geração de relatórios
Domínio de ferramentas como BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP e REST), FBDI, ADFDi
Capacidade de comunicação clara e objetiva em português e inglês
Proatividade, trabalho colaborativo e foco em resultado
Experiência em pelo menos 3 ciclos completos de implantação Oracle Cloud
Graduação em Contabilidade, Finanças, TI ou área relacionada
