ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…

Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned Process Transformation Consultant to analyze, document, and enhance workflows, supporting complex operational transformations to boost client business performance. This role is integral in ensuring a well-documented Service Delivery Model, with standardized operating procedures and best practices across people, processes, and technology. The successful candidate will drive our multi-year global transformation program, standardizing and documenting processes to create a more consistent, cost-effective, and technology-enabled operational delivery model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Collect, define, and document existing standard operating procedures.

  • Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.

  • Review and edit documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure documents are properly classified, filed, and stored per company policies and regulations.

  • Support large-scale change management programs to align standard processes and best practices.

  • Monitor document usage, access, and retention for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Establish standard documentation templates, formats, and styles with internal teams.

  • Maintain and update a document database or library for quick retrieval.

  • Facilitate process mapping sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders.

  • Communicate process improvement drivers and benefits to stakeholders and clients.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in process document mapping and change management programs.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent analytical, editing, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across the organization.

  • Familiarity with document management software and best practices.

  • Experience utilizing Lean Six Sigma concepts for process improvement and change management.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and work well with others.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory .
