In our ongoing transformation and increasing focus on digital and automated processes, we are seeking a committed, proactive and communicative professional, with extensive technical knowledge in project management methodologies, scrum and development background/experience to:
Lead and supervise the technical project managers team with a focus on designing, implementing, managing risks, scheduling and resource allocation.
Estimate the time and resources needed for project development.
Establish a project plan, monitor its progress and track deviations.
Supports project teams (squads) with technical decisions, always seeking the best practices and tool standards used by the company and the market.
Involve users or clients when necessary, negotiate commitments with them or with other involved groups or individuals.
Monitor each phase and milestone of the project, tracking time, costs, quality, and risks.
Address aspects of a project that may impact its scope, deadlines, and quality, including risks and change management, conducting impact analysis and negotiating commitments.
Daily contact with international teams in English and/or Spanish, in addition to constant communication and results-oriented interaction with internal partners and clients.
Ensure communication at all levels (team visibility and progress reporting to the client).
Ensure that projects are closed appropriately and formally.
Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or a similar field.
Advanced English and/or Spanish.
Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kaban, etc).
Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies.
Knowledge of programming languages (.NET/.NET Core) and databases (SQL/Oracle).
