PAY: $51,00.00 + based on experience (Annually)
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm)
LOCATION: At our customer’s location - Somerset/Skillman NJ
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The Records Analyst is responsible evaluating records received and maintained by the Records and Information Management Department (RIM).
*Accountable for the inventory and control of a company’s business records.
*Transcribes customer information into RIM’s database, ensuring that information is indexed and entered accurately.
*Reviews new Transfer Forms for accuracy in preparation of their eventual entry into storage.
*Assists Records Manager with identifying process improvement opportunities for the retention of information and records, in addition to:
(A): Identifying non-participating customer entities, and works with leadership to administer standard policy and program compliance.
(B):Monitors customer’s business initiatives to assess impact on business records management requirements.
(C): Assists customers with record moves, divestitures or closures through managing migrations and transfer of records.
(D): Performs internal and external facilities and records audits/inventories. (E): Communicating and training customer’s end users (associates) on records management standards and best practices, and enforcing current records management policy and procedures.
(F): Customer support via email, virtually, by phone or in person, i.e., logistic and procedural support.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
*High school diploma required; Bachelor Degree is a plus.
*2 years - Records Management/data entry/document research in a corporate environment required.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Office Suite).
*2 years – Customer Service experience.
*Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. on a regular basis is required.
*Knowledge of retention guidelines, records, and information management technology
*Work independently and can multitask, with minimal supervision, and the ability to think strategically.
