As a Functional Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge document management systems that elevate business processes and meet critical business needs. You'll lead projects from inception to completion, translating complex client requirements into actionable, scalable, and secure digital solutions. Your expertise will shape technical strategy, drive innovation, and ensure successful delivery that aligns with client objectives and maximizes ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal architect for client solutions, owning end-to-end accountability from discovery to project initiation.

  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable, secure, and future-ready digital solutions.

  • Lead the definition of high-level architecture and service design, aligning with customer transformation goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure deliverable and supportable services.

  • Identify and resolve issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams.

  • Provide expert guidance and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team on functional architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years in Professional Services, Solution Architecture, or Consulting within Information Management, Data Services, or Automation.

  • Strong domain knowledge in intelligent content services, including document management, data extraction, and process automation.

  • Familiarity with modern ECM, BPM, and workflow automation principles.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able toify complex technical concepts.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a Professional Services or consulting environment with client delivery responsibility.
