Key Responsibilities
*** Lead and meticulously manage the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional digital solution programs for major enterprise customers.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while proactively managing risks.
Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal cross-functional teams, fostering robust relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
Champion project management excellence and solution quality, refining implementation methodologies, overseeing system design, and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing operational support.
Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and potential service enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
5-7+ years of dedicated project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-service line technical solution implementations for enterprise-level clients (experience with BPO, Hosted, or similar systems is crucial).
Demonstrated expertise in developing detailed technical project plans, managing matrixed project teams, and navigating intricate internal and external stakeholder landscapes, including engagement with VP-level and above.
Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations, drive consensus, and make independent decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, a related technical field, or equivalent significant work experience.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet preferred) and collaborative tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Familiarity with scanning technologies (e.g., Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM) and/or information management solutions (e.g., DMS, ECM, Workflow Automation, BPM, Intelligent Document Processing).
Prior experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry.
Fluency in a second language.
