We currently have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team in Sweden in the role of Business Development Executive. In this position you will develop and grow Iron Mountain’s Digital, Records Management and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Business in Sweden in line with the Global/European/Country strategy with a primary focus on net new Iron Mountain customers.
Your role in our mission
Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers.
Identify and qualify new opportunities and construct a winning sales strategy to close new business within Digital, Records Management and ALM market.
Support cross-border digital sales opportunities as required.
Work closely with operations, pre-sales, partners, customer care and sales to develop go-to-market plans for client facing opportunities in line with digital strategies and pipeline.
Commercial management of price negotiations.
Formulate and enforce the production and adherence to a Sales Plan for all growth within the market.
Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and prospective customers where appropriate to driving the new business revenues (C-level).
Valued skills and experience
A minimum of 5 years proven business development track record demonstrating ability to win new accounts and penetrate/cross sell to a large portfolio of customers and prospects.
To be considered for this role you will likely have significant solutions sales experience.
The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical and independent skills.
Strong understanding of the Swedish business environment.
Selling complex solutions into large organizations.
Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationship.
Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish.
