Join our team as a Field Marketing Specialist for the Nordics ! In this dynamic role, you'll deploy and oversee marketing initiatives across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. You'll collaborate with local and global teams, assist in creating strategic marketing plans, and manage multi-touch campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue. You'll also manage local vendors and lead digital marketing, events, content syndication, and more. If you're ready to make a big impact, apply now!

Your role in our mission

  • Campaign Management: Establish and manage measurable marketing campaigns, ensuring they drive revenue and effectively support sales teams.

  • Integrated Marketing Programs: Create and execute comprehensive marketing programs (including events, email, web, and social media) tailored to the buyer's journey.

  • Pipeline Acceleration: Develop and implement strategies to accelerate the sales pipeline, working closely with the sales team to align efforts.

  • Event Management: Select, organize, and manage both sponsored and hosted events to maximize engagement and response rates, ensuring cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategies.

  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and oversee vendors for local demand creation activities, including event services, direct mail, content syndication, telemarketing, and list brokers.

  • Engagement and Reporting: Collaborate with sales teams and regional leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities, and regularly report on campaign impact and performance metrics.

Valued skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in a B2B marketing environment.

  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and demand.

  • Ability to work independently and self-start.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in key areas of responsibility, including marketing strategy and execution.

  • Proficient in analyzing data and deriving business insights for strategic planning.

  • Experience in budget management.

  • Skilled in conveying complex messages to different levels of seniority internally and externally.
