About the Opportunity

Iron Mountain’s Digital Business Unit delivers cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to key industries such as financial services, energy, healthcare, and government. Focused on developing advanced software and services, we continuously adapt to the dynamic needs of our global clientele. As the Director of Solutions Product Management - LATAM, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our digital portfolio across Latin America. This role demands a combination of strategic insight, excellent product management capabilities, and a commitment to customer-centric innovation. You will lead a team to develop solutions that address the distinct challenges of our LATAM clients, contributing directly to the region's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Ownership: Define and oversee the product and solution strategy for the LATAM region, working closely with sales and partners to achieve long-term growth objectives.

  • Strategic Leadership: Execute a multi-year product plan that leverages customer insights, market dynamics, and business goals to ensure continuous innovation and market differentiation.

  • Product Development: Manage the product lifecycle from idea to launch, ensuring compliance with regional requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive products. Use data to guide product strategy and prioritize developments.

  • Financial Acumen: Partner with sales and finance teams to develop pricing strategies, perform market sizing, and manage the region's financial performance, including multi-year forecasting and P&L management.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key departments, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure seamless solution delivery and high customer adoption rates.

  • Client and Partner Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with top clients and industry partners, using their insights to refine product offerings and identify opportunities for co-innovation.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and nurture a high-performing product management team, focusing on both individual growth and the achievement of strategic business objectives.

  • Product Advocacy: Act as the regional expert and champion for our solutions, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements to highlight our innovative approaches.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

  • Over 10 years of experience in software product management, with at least 5 years leading product teams.

  • Expertise in at least one core industry, such as financial services, energy, healthcare, or government.

  • Proven success in launching innovative SaaS and cloud-based products, with a focus on driving B2B revenue growth.

  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights into strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.

  • Ability to work autonomously while knowing when to engage others for support.

  • Skilled in product management tools and methodologies, including JIRA and global product launch processes.
