Gerente de Contas Estratégicas

Responsável por estabelecer e manter relacionamento C-Level em clientes estratégicos globais, os quais possuem os maiores volumes existentes e potenciais nas linhas de negócios (Digital Solutions, Data Management, Records Management, Asset Lifecycle Management e Insight).Responsável por planejar e executar ações estratégicas em conjunto com o time de Global Industries (Managing Director, GAM e GAR).

Responsável por buscar leads, desenvolver e rastrear oportunidades (desde a identificação até o fechamento), identificar novas vendas como fontes adicionais de receita (cross selling e upselling

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS

  1. Construir e manter relacionamentos duradouros e bem-sucedidos com os clientes das contas de Global Industries, incluindo o C-Level;

  2. Realizar o planejamento anual da conta para o país, levando em consideração as tendências da indústria, relatórios do cliente, e envolver o time global (MD, GAM e GAR) da Iron Mountain para manter alinhamento com as ações estratégias;

  3. Interagir com pares de outros países e regiões para buscar as melhores práticas de projetos em execução para replicá-los em nível local;

  4. Conhecer em profundidade os negócios do cliente e da Iron Mountain do Brasil, a fim de oferecer soluções inteligentes e adequadas às necessidades;

  5. Identificar oportunidades e oferecer soluções de alta qualidade ao cliente, visando o crescimento de receita e/ou projetos da empresa (cross-selling / up-selling);

  6. Desenvolver plano/programa de trabalho que lhe permita atingir os objetivos de vendas estipulados, tendo como base a conta sob sua responsabilidade;

  7. Planejar e realizar visitas periódicas ao seu cliente, afim de entender as necessidades e oportunidades, conhecer os pontos de melhoria e identificar oportunidades;

  8. Visar a fidelização e manutenção do cliente, mantendo o nível de satisfação dentro do esperado pela empresa;

  9. Elaborar propostas comerciais para o cliente de sua responsabilidade, interagindo com as áreas correlatas internas a fim de desenhar a melhor condição possível, tanto para a empresa, quanto para o cliente;

  10. Assegurar conformidade, renovação e aplicação de reajustes conforme estabelecido nos contratos;
