Líder de Atendimento

Estamos buscando um profissional que vai nos apoiar e liderar a equipe em suas tarefas e nas rotinas do departamento, com condições e ferramentas para agilizar os trabalhos, visando a satisfação dos clientes internos e externos a nível Brasil.

Responsabilidade Principais

  1. Liderar a equipe a fim de assegurar o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da empresa;

  2. Delegar tarefas dentro da rotina do departamento e acompanhar a execução das mesmas, com o objetivo de apoiar a equipe;

  3. Criar melhores condições de trabalho, fornecendo ferramentas apropriadas para agilizar os processos;

  4. Acompanhar todos os processos do departamento e corrigir eventuais desvios, orientando e direcionando a equipe;

  5. Solucionar e resolver problemas do cliente e dos colaboradores, sendo o mediador das situações, com a finalidade de resolver a questão;

  6. Realizar feedbacks e treinamentos periódicos, ou sempre que necessário, com o intuito de desenvolvimento do time;

  7. Gerar dados estatísticos mensais referentes ao atendimento e produtividade do setor, buscando apoiar a supervisão/gerência com os números reais do departamento;

  8. Comunicar-se com as áreas pares e manter a comunicação transparente dentro e fora do departamento.

Competências Requeridas

Superior Completo.

Conhecimento em Excel, Pacote Office, Power Point, Sistema SKP / Webimage / Secure Sync/ Keepers/ Service Cloud e Refi Web.

Conhecer as normas e procedimentos da empresa, de toda a rotina operacional e ter Gestão de Pessoas.

Soft Skills

Liderança, responsabilidade, iniciativa, pró-atividade, organização do trabalho, relacionamento interpessoal, resistência ao trabalho sob pressão, comunicabilidade, paciência, objetividade e cordialidade.
