We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture. To that end, our Lead Qualification Specialist is the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs and capturing essential information needed to appropriately delegate each lead to the appropriate member of our Customer Success team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor incoming leads submitted via website forms and through reception call logs.

  • Follow up with prospective clients via phone and/or email to clarify their requirements, gather missing information, and qualify the nature of their inquiry.

  • Assess lead details to determine the appropriate commercial team or specialist to handle the opportunity, based on geography, service type, or project scope.

  • Accurately record all lead interactions and qualification data in Salesforce, maintaining high standards of CRM hygiene.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead handoff workflows and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns.

  • Track and report on lead volumes, follow-up times, qualification rates, and delegation outcomes.

  • Identify recurring client needs or trends and escalate relevant insights to Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in a lead management, sales support, or client service role

  • Understanding of the Fine Art Logistics industry is beneficial, but not required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in conducting phone and email conversations with clients.

  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly in capturing and maintaining data accurately.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills — able to handle a high volume of inbound activity.

  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and articulate client needs.

  • Pay: Starting at $45,600.00/an (** This position is NOT commission based, and is bonus eligible )

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Location: Remote - Eastern Standard Time Zone

Reasonably expected salary range: $45,600.00 - $57,000.00 + commissions.
