Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative you will deliver an extraordinary experience to all Clients. Your primary duty is to develop strong business relationships with prospective and current clients with the goals of retaining customers, increasing storage revenue and positively contributing to the Company’s social media profiles.

Provide professional, efficient and friendly service to each customer.

Assess and anticipate customer needs through active listening.

Establish a trusting and interesting relationship with each customer.

Offer creative or alternative solutions to customers when we are unable to accommodate their appointment preferences.

Demonstrate flexibility and be able to multi-task while maintaining focus and composure.

Work independently and maintain productivity.

Work in an environment that is fast-paced and growth-oriented.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic, outgoing personality

Punctual, dependable and reliable

Capable of solving problems on short notice and with time constraints

Strong PC Skills, including Excel, Word

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience working with consumers via phone or retail preferred
