Job summary

The Delivery Lead for France is accountable for the overall leadership and strategic coordination of Project and Program Managers delivering Digital Solutions and implementation services within the French market. This role ensures high-quality project execution aligned with client objectives and Iron Mountain’s strategic goals.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for driving local customer satisfaction, fostering business growth, managing delivery governance, and acting as a senior escalation point for client engagements. The role also includes leadership responsibilities such as resource management, people development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, and Operations.

Your role in our mission:

Strategic Client & Business Alignment

  • Represent Iron Mountain in the French market, acting as the primary leadership interface for senior client stakeholders.

  • Align national delivery efforts with both client-specific objectives and broader EMEA strategy.

  • Support business development by partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to shape proposals and drive growth in the region.

  • Provide country-specific insights and recommendations to regional leadership for service optimization .

Leadership, Governance & Delivery Excellence

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project and Program Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of large programs and complex projects within France.

  • Serve as the escalation point for high-impact issues, resolving delivery challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration .

Financial & Operational Oversight

  • Own and manage financial performance for all delivery activities within France, including revenue forecasting, budget tracking, and margin optimization.

  • Ensure all projects adhere to contractual and compliance requirements.

  • Support regional resource planning and capacity management in collaboration with Delivery Services.

Stakeholder Communication & Country-Level Engagement

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for executive-level stakeholders.

  • Deliver strategic-level reporting to regional and global leadership on delivery status, escalations, and business performance.

  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure effective communication, knowledge sharing, and best practice alignment.

People Development & Operational Excellence

  • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development for direct reports.

  • Promote employee engagement and retention through transparent leadership and a people-first mindset.

  • Align local practices with regional tools, processes, and governance standards.

  • Publication of status reports/updates in alignment with regional and global IT standards/processes

Valued skills and experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing project and program delivery teams across complex client environments.

  • Strong understanding of professional services, digital transformation, and information management solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Financial acumen, including P&L responsibility or budget ownership.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Fluent in French and English; experience in multicultural environments strongly preferred.
