We are looking for a Junior Business System Analyst/Tester to join our dynamic IT software development team.
As Junior Business System Analyst/Tester you will be responsible for requirements analysis, backlog creation, technical diagrams and documentation creation, testing deployed solutions.
The employed person will be responsible, for:
Collecting requirements from users and customers
Conducting analytical activities as part of implemented projects
Supporting Product Owners in assessing requirements and changes and in addressing needs (story telling)
Preparing backlogs for the Development Team
Creating analytical, test and as-built documentation, including scenarios and test cases
Performing application tests and retests (both functional and technical)
Support in production implementations and post-implementation control
We expect candidates to:
Experience in working as a junior analyst
Experience in testing and acceptance of the software
Knowledge of process modeling
System testing knowledge (tools, processes)
English language skills on the min. B2 level (mandatory requirement)
Focus on details, accuracy, inquisitiveness in diagnosing problems, determining their causes
Communicativeness, openness to cooperation, ability to build relationships
Knowledge of test support tools (Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI, Visual Studio and others you will want to work on)
Technical preparation (studies in technical faculties, also in progress)
Knowledge of the SQL language
