We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Project Manager to coordinate regional Sales Enablement initiatives within our organization. As a Sales Enablement Project Manager, you will oversee the entire sales enablement intake request process, manage the sales events calendar, and implement projects from initiation to completion. Your role will ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales. You will allocate tasks, coordinate agreed actions, and ensure completion to enhance overall sales effectiveness. Your strong facilitation and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex timelines will be critical to the success of our Enablement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement Intake Request Process:

  • Manage and streamline the intake process for sales enablement requests.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize initiatives.

  • Develop a structured system for evaluating and approving sales enablement projects.​

  • Sales Events Calendar Management:

  • Oversee the sales events calendar, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Coordinate and schedule sales events, such as ideation workshops and product and training launches.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of sales enablement teams' activities and align the calendar accordingly.​

  • End-to-End Project Plan Implementation/Measurement:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end project plans for sales enablement initiatives.

  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and reporting outputs to ensure successful implementation.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.​

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, Enablement, and Sales, to ensure alignment with sales enablement goals.

  • Allocate roles and responsibilities effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure timely completion of agreed-upon actions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in project management and team facilitation, preferably in a product introduction or new product development role.

  • Experience as a salesperson or supporting sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes and project management methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions.

  • Experience, interest and enthusiasm for utilizing Google Workspace tools, including Google Sites, AppSheet, Looker Studio, and Analytics is a plus.

  • Prior experience in [industry or market] is a plus.

Reasonably expected salary range: $88,400.00 - $117,900.00
