Description:

The Sales Program Readiness Manager will provide oversight and support for key sales programs that involve the implementation of technology, sales tools, data capture / insights, and process optimization. This person will lead the coordination of planning activities across all relevant business functions and through execution. The role will be critical in developing the overall communication and enablement plans with the broader Commercial Excellence organization as well as developing any learning materials to ensure all stakeholder and end user roles are prepared and fully enabled prior to the program launch. This role will report to the Sr. Director of the Seller Experience Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful release and implementation of sales programs.

  • Develop and execute project plans, tracking progress and identifying any potential risks or issues.

  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

  • Manage the communication, training and change management plans for new sales programs, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and prepared.

  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of sales program performance, providing recommendations for improvements or adjustments.

  • Act as the main point of contact for all sales program-related inquiries or issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, modern selling tactics, and identifying opportunities for innovation or value differentiation.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, summarizing the status and impact of sales programs, adoption rates, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience managing and implementing sales programs, technology, and process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Analytical mindset, able to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with exceptional attention to accuracy.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter and autonomous, ability to multitask, work independently, prioritize and get things done.

Reasonably expected salary range: $88,400.00 - $117,900.00
